This video was very informative. It showed various examples of myths surrounding the Egyptian gods. I thought it was interesting how the video explained their belief of the afterlife. As mentioned in the video they believed in a resurrection, which is a common belief of many current day religions. I thought it was also cool how Egyptians placed a list of magic spells called “the Book of the Dead”, in the graves of the deceased to help guide them through the afterlife.
This video is a great example discussing Egyptian religions. I believe this video should be compared to other forms of religions to discuss the similarities and differences between them.
